Will you remove items in a good condition for free?
Unfortunately, we can't offer free collection for any items. If you have something that could be donated or sold, we would recommend contacting a local charity shop. Sheffield has a selection of charity shops and other services available:
- Remar specialises in second-hand furniture items, from sofas and beds to dining furniture.
- St Vincent’s offer a collection service, free of charge as long as your furniture is in a good, clean condition.
- Emmaus has five rooms full of furniture, along with clothes, electricals, vintage items and collectables.
How soon can you remove rubbish?
If you need your rubbish removing quickly you can use our online booking system to book your rubbish collection for the next day. We offer morning, daytime and afternoon slots, just pick the option that works best for you. Dependant on availability we may be able to offer same day rubbish removal if you call our office.
My rubbish is inside the house, is that OK?
Absolutely! Removing the rubbish is a big part of our service. Leave your waste where ever it is and we will take care of the rest.
Do I need to attend the rubbish collection?
If our team can access the waste and there are no special circumstances then you do not need to attend the collection.
I'm unsure about how much waste I have, what now?

Why wouldn't I just hire a skip?
Our rubbish removal service is a great alternative to skip hire. With us, there is no need to do any of the manual work. Our team will collect your rubbish from where ever it is. You would either need to fill a skip yourself or pay someone else to do it.
There's often a lot of waiting involved with using skips. Whereas we turn up and collect everything, usually in one go.
If you do not have private land for the skip then you may need to obtain a permit. You will also need to adhere to your local councils rules with regards to lights and signage. We can pull up and have your waste removed, in most cases within the hour. And you don't need to lift a finger.
Where will my rubbish be taken?
All waste is taken to a transfer station where as much of it as possible is sorted for recycling. We guarantee that everything we remove will be disposed of legally and ethically and we provide you with the paper to prove this.
Do you take cash?
Our drivers visit many jobs each day and in the interest of their safety they do not carry cash.
Will you clear fly tipping?
